Partner terms and conditions

Article 1: Purpose

This contract governs how vehicle owners and managers (“Partners”) join the MASTAGO mobility network, operated in Conakry, Republic of Guinea.

Article 2: Commission and payouts

The MASTAGO commission and the payout schedule are set in the contract signed with each partner. Activity statements separate actual and projected amounts (PAR-04).

Article 3: Partner and vehicle obligations

Every registered vehicle must meet Guinean legal requirements: valid registration certificate, current insurance, up-to-date roadworthiness test and road tax sticker.

Article 4: Driver assignment

Every assigned driver must first pass the KYC check (ID, driving licence and any additional documents requested by MASTAGO).

Article 5: Termination

The partner may withdraw a vehicle from the network under the terms of the contract, once ongoing rides have been settled.

Data protection (PAR-03)

1. Collection and processing

MASTAGO only collects the information needed to manage the fleet, make payouts and keep the legal record of rides operated in Guinea.

2. Passenger data confidentiality

Passenger phone numbers and contact details are masked in the history and statements available to partners.

3. Payment security

Transactions go through payment operators licensed in the Republic of Guinea.
